I believe your story is unique, including any struggles and challenges you may face. It is my privilege to provide you with support as you work through these challenges towards resolve and a greater sense of wholeness.

My approach is centered on a strengths-based perspective, empowering clients to reach their full potential. I provide empathy and warmth in a non-judgmental environment.

I specialize in pregnancy and postpartum and also work extensively with grief & loss, life transitions and survivors of sexual assault.

Specialized Training

Transitioning to parenthood looks different for everyone, but having support can help make that journey smoother. I have specialized training in Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders through Postpartum Support International.

I provide Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), helping clients find healing and fulfillment using both the past and present.
